When I was a little girl, I used to spend a lot of time in the morning watching my father putting together his outfits using amazing colored ties, shirts and suits. Every outfit would be completed with a matching pair of shoes. We would also spend a lot of time shopping. Interestingly, it was my dad but not my mom, who developed my love and eye for fashion. His teacher was my grandfather, who had over forty custom tailored suits in the 1930s.

Even though I had so much passion for fashion, professionally, I have spent 15 years in consumer marketing. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a number of highly respected international companies like Coca-Cola and Reckitt Benckiser in positions where I created, developed, and managed consumer brands and worked as a consultant in nearly 20 countries, on five different continents.

On my free time, I was always helping my friends out with their styles, picking up outfits for them for their special occasions and being their most favorite shopping buddy. It was only 4 years ago, when I moved to the U.S.A that I learned that actually what I was helping out with was a real profession called 'Image Consultancy`. I value education so I took  this love of fashion that runs in my family to the next level and ultimately became certified by the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York as an Image Consultant.

Working for the most recognizable brands in the world, I have had a first encounter with the power and impact a brand can have. Finally, I founded my own image coaching & consultancy company, Guliz&Co two years ago to blend my expertise in the science of marketing and art of styling and fashion to help my clients find their “signature look” and make their statement in their work and social lives with their personal brand.  I work with individual executives, professionals to develop their signature look, as well as offering group and corporate workshops on imaging and branding.

I continue working as a consultant, helping large global companies bring innovation and creativity to their brands. Since I always travel the world for work, I am very in tune with global trends and collect inspirations from everywhere  around the world.
